It is with sadness we announce the passing of our loving mother, wife, grandmother and daughter on Monday, August 8, 2011. Ladislava moved to Canada in 1981 from Czech Republic where she was born and has lived in Calgary since with her husband. She is survived by her husband Pavel, children Pavel and Ivana, grandchildren Jennifer, Alison, Andrea, David, Christine, Lydia and Luke, as well as her mother Lydie. Ladislava was happiest when surrounded by her family. Her love, sacrifice and tenderness will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A Graveside Service was held at Queen’s Park Cemetery, 3219 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary on Monday, August 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.
Family and friends met at Queen’s Park Cemetery gates at 9:45a.m. The family would like to thank the staff at Peter Lougheed Hospice, Unit 42 for their wonderful care and support. Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to the family via the website www.fostersgardenchapel.ca.
