She is survived by one brother Victor Lavallee; three sons William R.J. Banks, Dwayne H. Banks, Harold Banks; two daughters Marie Banks and Lori Banks; three grandsons; three granddaughters; four great-grandchildren; and other related family. She is also survived by her wonderful in-laws, and other people she met in her life.
Lilian was a wonderful mother, hard worker, strict, honest and fair, but a loving forgiving awesome individual! She was well educated and held various jobs throughout her life. She will be sadly missed!
A Visitation will be held prior to Mass at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church, (211 6 Ave SE). A Funeral Mass will follow directly at 12:05 p.m.
If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, (#200, 325 Manning Rd NE, Calgary, AB T2E 2P5).
