McKenzie Campbell Lambert

The family announces with great sadness the passing of McKenzie Campbell Lambert on Thursday, November 25th, 2021 at the age of 84 years. Born on August 11, 1937 to John and Mary Jane, McKenzie spent most of his formative years near Fort Vermillion, Alberta. He moved to Calgary in 2018 after living in Red Deer area for about 20 years. McKenzie was a single parent to 2 sons and 5 daughters and put his children first above everything. A father has always been his number one priority.

He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his children and their families, Bradley Kazonay, Tammy Lambert (Leslie Stonechild), Toni Snowden (Stacy Snowden) Tanya Lambert (Karl Dahlheim), Theresa Lambert (Andrzej Wloskowicz), Charlene Lambert (David Ramirez) and McKenzie Cameron Lambert. his grandchildren Lara, Brenyn, Breanne, Aisha, Siera, Ashley, Chorus, Amanda, Sanei, Gemma, Katyin, Quidel, Nico, and Carlin .

A Private Funeral Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery). Friday, December 3, 2021 at 3:00 PM.

Interment and a Service will be in Spring 2022 in Fort Vermilion at the St. Luke’s Cemetery.

The City of Calgary Vaccine Passport Bylaw 65M2021, requires all individuals attending funeral services to provide COVID-19 proof of vaccination, or proof of a privately paid negative test result taken within 72 hours of service, or documentation of medical exemption.
