He was born in Oshawa, ON and moved to Peace River, AB at the age of 16 to work on his family’s farm. There he met and married Margo Brock. Peter is survived by his three lovely children, James, Michael (Maria), and Kathryn (Steve) as well as by two beautiful grandsons, Kyle and Bradly. He is also survived by his sister, Mona; niece, Gwen and nephew, Phillip. He is one of the founding owners of M.J. Systems from 1971 to the present and will be sadly missed by the MJ family. Peter’s love of golf and sailing kept him active and built many life-long friendships.
A Memorial Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to the family via the website www.fostersgardenchapel.ca.
