Ronald William Johnson passed away peacefully in Calgary, Alberta on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the age of 89 years. Born in Islay, Alberta to Oscar and Dorothy Johnson, Ron was a loving husband, devoted father, successful businessman and talented musician. Married for 65 years, Ron and Doreen travelled the world, loved camping, jamborees, the Edmonton Oilers and spending time with family and friends.
Ron is survived by his wife Doreen (Muriel), daughter Shelley Johnson and son Darren Johnson. He was predeceased by his parents and two sisters, June and Joyce.
