Shawn Gilbert Young

Shawn is survived by his mother; Sharon, sisters; Nicole and Deidra, and niece and nephew; Acacia and Jaden. He will also be missed by his aunties, uncles, and cousins.

Shawn was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on August 29, 1967 to parents Bill and Sharon Young. He lived most of his life in Calgary, Alberta.

Shawn was well liked by those who knew him. He was a very funny guy and could always make us laugh.

Shawn lived a simple life and did not require much. He will be missed by family and friends.

A Celebration of Shawn’s life will be held in Saskatoon at a later date.
