HOWELL, Sarah “Sue”Sarah passed away peacefully at the Sarcee Hospice on Friday, August 28, 2009 at the age of 87 years. She was born in Lethbridge, AB on September 26, 1921 and grew up in the Vancouver area and married Tom on February 5, 1944. Sue is lovingly remembered by Tom, her husband of sixty-five years; son Bob (Deborah); daughter Brenda (George); grandchildren Ryan (Kim), Mike (Melissa), Rebecca (Ryan) and Marija; and 7 great grandchildren. Sue was predeceased by her son David. A Memorial Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, September 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the charity of one’s choice.
