It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Surender Minocha, who sadly passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada surrounded by his family in his last days. Surender was a beloved husband and father, whose kindness and warmth touched all who knew him.
Surender is survived by his loving wife, Usha Minocha, his devoted son, Arvin Minocha, and is lovingly remembered by his extended family and dear friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Pamela Minocha.
Born in India, Surender moved to Calgary in 1973. Whether it was his passion for gardening, enjoying his daily walks and workouts with friends, or his love for Tim Horton’s coffee, Surender brought joy and inspiration to those around him.
A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
