Theresa was a devoted Registered Nurse who brought countless newborns into the world with loving hands before retiring. A faithful Catholic, Theresa's gentle spirit comforted all who knew her. Theresa is survived by her husband, Anthony Mak, daughter Wanda Smart, and son-in-law Steve Smart, son Joseph Mak, and daughter-in-law Tsang Ngan-Ching, grandchildren Anais Smart, Aidan Smart, Aldous Mak, and Amadeus Mak.

A Prayer Vigil will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 400 Edmonton Trail, Calgary, Alberta on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
Interment to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
