Hilda Doris Eaton

(nee Doyle) – Passed away with her loving family at her side on May 30th, 2012 at the age of 93. Cherished mother to Tim (Betty) Eaton, Terry Eaton and Ed (Rosa) Eaton. Adored grandmother to 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Reunited with her loving Husband, Horace Eaton (1974). Also predeceased be sisters Marie Cameron, Lisle Skelly, May Fellingham and Isabelle Sandell. Hilda’s family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Golden Years, Dr. Wm. Wong and the 5th Floor nurses at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Hilda was a long time member of St. Clements Roman Catholic Church and a member of the C.W.L. The family will receive friends and family at Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road Cambridge on Friday, June 1, 2012 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Parish Prayers will be recited at 8:30pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 10am at St. Clements Roman Catholic Church, 745 Duke Street Cambridge. Fr. Dan Hinsperger, a close family friend, will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Clements Maintenance and Renovation Fund would be appreciated by the family.
