Mother of Gary (Liz), Terry (Jane), Jim (Pauline), Judy (Fran) Isley, Gail (Doug) Campbell and Tim (Claudia) all of Cambridge. Loving Nanny to 26 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren. Survived by her sisters Wilma (Jack) Cramer and Shirley (Joe) Downey. Predeceased by her parents William and Pauline Kimpel and sisters Marie Whitelaw, Irene Pells, Sister Mary William, Rita Nowak and brothers Gord, Roy and Wilbur. Survived by many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember their Auntie Ivadell. Ivadell’s love for her family was very evident in the way her face lights up when they visited and phoned her. She will be missed by everyone who knew her smiling face. Ivadell was a life time member of St. Clement’s Church and a member for over fifty years of the St. Clement’s C.W.L. Before she retired she worked for St. Clement’s Credit Union for over Thirty Years. The family would like to thank the staff and residents at Golden Years Nursing Home for their love and support for the last three years. They are now part of our extended family. The gates of Heaven have welcomed her and may we all take comfort in knowing that she is in a better place and finally reunited with Dad. Ivadell’s family will welcome family and friends at Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge N3H 3J8 (519)-653-3251 on Friday, May 24, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Parish prayers at 8:30pm. A Funeral Mass celebrating Ivadell’s life will be held on Saturday May, 25, 2013 at 10am at St. Clement’s Church, corner of Westminster and Duke Street, Cambridge. A reception will be held at the Church following the interment at St. Clement’s Cemetery. At Ivadell’s request, donations can be made to Cambridge Right To Life.
