Passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at age 88. Loving wife of Kensei. Beloved mother of Karen (Richard), Darrell (Marianne), Kevin, and Brian (Joanne). Dearly loved grandmother of Michael, Christine, Rachel, Andrew, Christian, Nathan, Stephan, and Ian. Great-grandmother of Ethan, Brendon, and Chelsea. Dear sister of Flo Harada. Predeceased by her husband Kensei, daughter Karen Jackson, and sister Mitsie Omoto. A memorial service and celebration of Keiko’s life will be held at Trillium United Church (450 King Street east, Cambridge) on Thursday January 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service time. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Mary’s Hospital or Cambridge Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
