Ken was a kind giving soul . On numerous cold wintery days he'd give me a ride from Sheridan College to the Oakville go. My heart goes out to Chris and their family . It's my belief he is with you still 

We will miss you and the great conversations we have had.  Thank you for being a part of our family.

Ken was a sweet man, with a ready smile and a willingness to have a chat with anyone. I enjoyed the times I worked with him, and the conversations we'd have on break. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing, and you all have my deepest sympathies. He was a special guy. 

I met Ken only once when visiting Canada with my mum Rene. Ken made such a huge effort to welcome us, making a cake, showing us the home he shared with Chris, taking us to a lovely lunch and to see Grandma Daisy's home along with  the church and other places special to Renes childhood. He had an innocent abundance of love and I'm guessing he shared this with all his patients when he was working at the hospital. My greatest regret was not to have got to know him more.  My really sincere  condolences go out to Chris, Jimmy, Cheryl, Ingrid and Dave and all his friends . Louise xxx

My sincere condolences to the friends and family of this gentle man.
I had the pleasure of working with Ken, at Sheridan College. 
He always brought with him a nuance of calm and a gentle sensibility. When Ken would drop into character, he projected a sense of tranquility and stillness. This ability to create such a peaceful atmosphere was always appreciated by faculty and students alike.

With sincere sympathies to the Masterson family and to all of Ken’s friends and colleagues on his passing.
Ken will be remembered -- he was one of our valued models in the Illustration program at Sheridan College. He was a gentleman and it was always a pleasure to work with him.

As a member of Sheridan's faculty that worked with Ken, I'd like to pass on that his kind and gentle presence will be missed in our studios. He brought a sense of calm and reassurance which is of great value to new students in a life drawing studio, at college for the first time. When Ken showed up, it was as if this is the sort of thing most everyone does once in a while, isn't it ? Life modelling ? Insouciance would be a word one could pick. Best wishes on your journey, Ken, wherever you are.

I knew Ken through modelling at Sheridan College in Oakville where he was always pleasant and eager to talk while waiting in the model lounge. He visited Joanne G. and me at the cottage on Lake Huron when we were thinking of selling it. Ken said " you should do all you can to hold on to this place".  We did actually hold on to it, in part because of Ken's comment. That an outside set of eyes saw the beauty in the place, expressed that feeling and help us see beyond our pressured state and look more toward a  happy future.

I am very sorry to hear of Ken's death. 
Ken did some model posing for our group of artists in Hamilton. He was a lovely man and he did great poses for us. My condolensces to family.

The Gods take their favourites - Ken was one of mine. I loved our time together when we would make catty remarks about people who got under our skin so that we could state and purge these feelings. It was cathartic, ensured our sanity through grad school, and cultivated our wicked senses of humour. I will always love you Ken my friend. Rest easy. 

I new Kenny from an infant, I’m his Godmother.
Our paths crossed at Cambridge vMemorial Hospital as he was a Porter and I was a nurse.
We reconnected a few years ago , Ken and Chris took me to a Concert at Knox Church.
We had a few suppers out together.

I have known Chris and Ken for many years. Ken worked for me as a driver as well for a time. He was always well liked by his co workers.
  and was a good worker this was  mentioned from some of the placement work he did in the last few years.. He always asked how my projects were coming along he liked to chat about cars. Ken will be missed by many. My condolences to Chris and his family...
