It is with heavy hearts and tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Kirin (nee Širanoviċ) on September 5th, 2025 in her 89th year. Beloved Mom to Susan (Mick), grandmother to Paige (Trevaughn), Kyle and Brynn (Luke). She will be missed by her sisters, nieces and nephew and extended family in Canada, USA, Croatia and Switzerland.
Family and friends will be welcomed at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Wednesday, September 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Clement's Parish, 745 Duke Street on Thursday, September 18th at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
