He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Nancy and brother-in-law Nick of Cambridge, nephew James of Guelph, nephew Jonathan of Cambridge, cousin Jennifer of Guelph, cousin Andrew of Loretto, and cousin Daniel of Orleans. Murray is predeceased by his parents Bruce and Dorothy Ingledew.
Murray was a kind and gentle man with an extraordinary sense of humour who enjoyed making people laugh. He had a lifelong passion for reading, building models and enjoyed playing darts with his friends at the Navy Club in Cambridge. He loved traveling and would often cruise the Caribbean with friends. He is remembered by family for his love of the outdoors with many happy memories of childhood spent on the French River. He was a man of deep faith and will be greatly missed by his many friends at St. John's Anglican Church whom he considered family.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will take place at St. John’s Anglican Church in Preston on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 1 p.m
As expressions of sympathy, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diabetes Society would be appreciated by his family.
