Bennett Legacy

Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on May 22, 2017 at the age of 93, Mr. Bennett (Ben) Legacy of Campbellton, husband of Stella Legacy (Poirier). Born in Bathurst N.B on May 15, 1924, son of the late Edith and Harry Legacy.

He worked for the School District until retirement. He was also a Veteran of the 2nd World War. He also was an avid Montreal Canadian’s Fan.

He is survived by his wife Stella Legacy (Poirier); his 5 sons Benoit (Benny), Denis, Ronald, Robert and (Guy deceased), 2 daughters Rachel and Michelle, 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

As per his request, there will be no visitation or ceremonies.

Donations to a charity of the Donor’s Choice would be appreciated by the family.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of Maher’s Funeral Home, Campbellton.

Il a travaillé pour le district scolaire jusqu'à la retraite. Il était également un vétéran de la 2e guerre mondiale. Il était également un grand « Fan » des Canadiens de Montréal.

Il est survécu par sa femme Stella Legacy (Poirier); Ses 5 fils Benoit (Benny), Denis, Ronald, Robert et (Guy décédé), 2 filles Rachel et Michelle, 17 petits-enfants et 14 arrière-arrière-petits-enfants.

Selon sa demande, il n'y aura pas de visites ou de cérémonies.

Les arrangements funéraires sont confiés aux soins du Salon Funéraire Maher, Campbellton.
