Georgette Doiron

Passed away on October 19th at the Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 87, Georgette (Parker) Poirier Doiron, wife of the late Aimé Poirier of Charlo and the late Leo Doiron of Windsor, ON. Born in Campbellton, she was the daughter of the late Richard Parker and the late Alma (Levesque) Parker.

She is survived by her sons: George (Mary-Anne) Poirier of Windsor, ON and Roger (Jocelyne) Poirier of Bathurst, NB, her six grand-children: Amiee, Richard, Phillippe (Darla and great grand-child to be born in January 2016), Claire, Tracy and Terry and two great-grand-children, Amaya and Natalie. She is also survived by her twin George Parker of Atholville, her brothers, Clarence (Leona) of Moncton and Maurice (Anne) of Campbellton, her sisters Shirley (Ivan) Bois of Windsor, ON and Dorothy-Ann (Nick) Turnoski of Orelia, ON., her sister-in-law, Rina (late Eldon Parker) of Campbellton , her in-laws in the Poirier family and her in-laws in the Doiron family. She will be greatly missed by several nieces and nephews and their spouses that were close to her heart. She will be joining her twin sister, Georgina, sisters Eileen and Estherine, brothers Eldon, James, Henry and in their final resting place.

A funeral mass will be held at the Our Lady of Snows Church, Monday October 26, 2015 at 11:00 am.

Visitation at Maher's Funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St, Campbellton, Monday from 10:00 am until time of funeral.

Décédée à l’âge de 87 ans, madame Georgette (Parker) Poirier Doiron, épouse en première noce de feu Aimé Poirier de Charlo et en seconde noce de feu Léo Doiron de Windsor, ON. Elle était la fille de feu Richard Parker et de feue Alma (Levesque) Parker.

Elle laisse dans le deuil ses fils, Georges (Mary-Anne) Poirier de Windsor, ON et Roger (Jocelyne) Poirier de Bathurst, NB. Ces petits-enfants, Amiee, Richard, Phillippe (Darla et arrière petite-fille qui naitra en janvier 2016),Claire , Tracy et Terry et ses arrières petits-enfants, Amaya et Natalie. Elle laisse aussi dans le deuil son jumeau Georges Parker de Atholville, ses frères Clarence (Léona) de Moncton et Maurice (Anne) de Campbellton, ses sœurs, Shirley (Ivan) Bois de Windsor, ON et Dorothy-Ann (Nick) Turnoski d’ Orelia, ON, sa belle-sœur Rina (feu Eldon Parker) de Campbellton ainsi que ses beaux-frères et ses belles-sœurs de la famille Poirier ainsi que ceux et celles de la famille Doiron. Plusieurs neveux et nièces et leurs époux et épouses qui lui étaient très chers .

L’ont précédé dans la tombe, sa sœur jumelle Georgina, sa sœur Eileenm, ses frères Eldon, James et Henry (Mike et ses sœurs, Eileen et Esthérine.

Les arrangements funéraires ont été confiées au Salon funéraire Maher de Campbellton.

Une messe funèbre aura lieu à l'Église Notre Dame des Neiges, lundi le 26 octobre, 2015 à 11:00 am.

Visite au Salon Funéraire Maher, 33 rue Lansdowne, Campbellton, lundi de 10:00 am jusqu'à l'heure des funérailles.
