Sylvie was born on March 4, 1963 in Campbellton, NB to the late Alicia (LeBlanc) Godin and the late Louis Godin.
Sylvie worked for a number of years at Zellers and the Atlantic Superstore. She enjoyed spending every available moment in her pool, at bingo, and with her family. She adored her grandchildren and was beyond proud of them.
Aside from Donald, her husband of 40 years, she is survived by her two children, Steven (Natasha), and Amanda (Bruce), three grandchildren, Makai, Samantha, and Chase, three sisters, Lyne, Andree, and Carole, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was predeceased by her brother Yves, and niece Angele.
A Funeral Service for Sylvie will be held at Maher's Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Thursday December 14 at 2:00 pm.
Visitations will be held at Maher's Funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St. Campbellton on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00, and on Thursday, at the Chapel, from 1:00 pm until time of funeral.
