Bill was born on November 25, 1962 in Montreal, QC to Emma Labillois and the late Gerald Latter.
He is survived by his Life Companion Monique, his daughter Sasha, his brother Thomas Latter of Listuguj, as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his father, he was predeceased by his brother Robert.
A Funeral Service for Bill will be held at Maher's funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 3:00 pm NB time.
The family will welcome family and friends at Maher's funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00, and on Tuesday from 2pm until time of service.
