Deborah Gale Smith, was born January 2, 1952 in Crockett, Texas, to AW and Joy Ann Warner Waller. She passed away February 25, 2021 in Addison, Texas. She was a Registered Nurse.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, and daughter Krystal.
She is survived by her father, 2 children, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
