Estela Flores Chapa

Estela was born on October 30th, 1929 in Mexico City, Mexico to Fructuoso Flores Silva, and Rosa Molina Cruz. On June 5th, 1965. she married Daniel Treviño Chapa. They raised one son Danny, and one daughter, Gloria.

Estela had a passion for her work, operating Stella’s Beauty Salon in Coppell, Texas for 30 years. Her customers knew her as a person who would listen to their stories, share in their joy, their worries, and offer comfort when they needed it. Many became close friends who came to see her for both her skill as a cosmetologist, and as a confidant over a cup of coffee. She had a compassionate spirit, and never hesitated to help anyone in need.

Estela was preceded in death by her father Fructuoso, her mother Rosa, and her brother Salvador Flores Molina. She is survived by her two children Danny, Gloria, her older sister Graciela Flores Molina, her younger brother Jose Antulio Flores Molina, her youngest sister Mayra Rocio Flores, as well as several nieces and nephews. A visitation for Estela will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Metrocrest Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held this Thursday, October 27th, 2021 at St. Ann’s Catholic Parish on 180 Samuel Blvd. in Coppell, Texas at 10 o’clock A.M.
