With a heavy heart we announce the passing of John Jefferson Springfield on July 16, 2019. He was born on March 4, 1941 to Orie and Betty in Dallas, TX. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A Visitation will be held on Monday July 22, 2019 at Metrocrest Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. On Tuesday July 23, 2019 a Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to The American Heart Association in his name.
