

Tashiuna was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, on January 15, 1997, to her mother, Shantial Jefferson-Hall. She attended A&M Consolidated High School. She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted mother to her daughter, Zykeah Jefferson.
Tashiuna worked as a Post guard for Securitas for 4 years. She was known for her warm and welcoming spirit and for being someone others could easily talk to. She loved music, enjoying life, and creating lasting memories with her loved ones. Above all, she cherished her daughter, who was the center of her world and the greatest joy of her life.
Tashiuna is preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Mary Jefferson; her beloved paternal grandmother, Daisy Wilson; and her sister, Dejah Dixon.
Tashiuna is survived by her daughter, Zykeah Jefferson; her mother, Shantial Jefferson-Hall (Adam Hall); her brothers, Larry Jefferson and Willie Dixon III; and her sister, Taniyah Dixon; her grandmother, Corine Jefferson Peoples; and her grandfather, Larry Dale Smith (Nicola Smith). She also leaves behind many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A private memorial service will be held for the family only. The family of Tashiuna Makayla “Tee” Jefferson extends sincere gratitude for all expressions of sympathy, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
