AK-CHIN — Arthur Rivas Miranda, 87, died on Feb. 19, 2022.Mr. Miranda was born on June 17, 1934, in Phoenix to Angel and Rosa Miranda. He was a veteran of the Air Force and worked hard all his life with the intention of one day resting in heaven. He is survived by a daughter, Yolanda Miranda; two siblings, Margie Kinnas and Carmen Valles; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlinda Narcia.J.
