SANTAN — Bertha Lee Thomas, 42, of Phoenix died on June 13, 2010, at home.The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at the District 4 Service Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Mission by the Rev. Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.Ms. Thomas was born on March 14, 1968, in Phoenix. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Urban Indian Association in Phoenix and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.Survivors include two daughters, Karen M. Thomas and Priscilla Thomas-Alejandro of Phoenix; her companion, Angela Begay; a sister, Dolores Johnson of Phoenix; and a grandson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen M.
