Beartice (Betty) C. Garcia, age 93 of Chandler, Arizona, former longtime resident of Casa Grande, passed away on Sunday September 29, 2024 in Mesa, Arizona. She was born on June 10, 1931 in Coolidge, Arizona and lived her entire 93 years in Arizona.Betty is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Gilbert Garcia, her parents Evaristo and Amelia Cabanillas, and brothers Robert Cabanillas and Alfred Cabanillas. Betty is survived by her children Hector Garcia of Chandler, AZ and Dolores Burrell of Yuma, AZ, her grandchildren, Aaron Rivero, Marco Garcia (Debra), C.J. Garcia, Christopher Garcia (Tiffany), Bri Ann Burrell (Steven). Great grandchildren Diego Garcia, Eliel Garcia, Ethan Rodriguez, Emmie Rodriguez. She is also survived by sisters Eleanor Arredondo (Cris), Francis Arredondo (Bobby), Arnold Cabanillas (Bertha), Elodia Snachez (Roy), Esther Padilla (Raul), Rudy Cabanillas (Delene). And her many Nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Rest in Peace Mom-Sister-Nana. You are in God's Loving Hands.
Visitation and viewing will be held on Friday October 11, 2024 8:00a.m - 8:30a.m; Rosary Service will be held at 8:30a.m followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00a.m, all at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 201 N. Picacho Street in Casa Grande. Graveside services will follow in Mountain View Cemetery in Casa Grande.
