Ms. Buchanan was born in Lewisville, Arkansas. She worked for both the local cotton gins as a ginning clerk and also with the local election board. Billie enjoyed knitting, crocheting and beading. Billie also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.Survivors include 1 son: Ken (and Devra) Buchanan of Casa Grande.Burial was held at Eloy Memorial Park.
