ARIZONA CITY - Charles Etta Blair, 62, of Arizona City died on Oct. 5, 2018, at home.Mrs. Blair was born on July 17, 1956, in Eloy to Joseph and Olivia (Holley) Shelton. She enjoyed cheering on the Diamondbacks, Suns and Cardinals and also collecting, spending time with her family and attending worship services.Survivors include two daughters, Lakeesha and La Donna Neighbors; seven sisters; a brother, all of Arizona; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Blair; her parents; a sister; and two brothers.Memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, at Eloy Church of Christ.J.
