MARICOPA - Charles "Chuck" Kozelka, 65, of Maricopa died on July 26, 2014.Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 10. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 by the Rev. Marcos Velasquez.Mr. Kozelka was born on March 16, 1949, in Cleveland and was a son of Frank C. Kozelka and June A. Koptis. He was a guidance counselor and served 18 years as a Richfield Village councilman in Ohio. He was devoted to his family and known for his sense of humor.Survivors include his wife, Geralyn "Geri"; a daughter, Karen M. Gutgesell of the Bronx, New York; a son, Charles J. "Chuck" Kozelka of California; two sisters, a brother, and three granddaughters.Memorial contributions may be made to The New Church Fund - Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Maricopa, Arizona.J.
