Charlotte was known for her loving yet steadfast demeanor. She took great pleasure in completing puzzle books, a reflection of her keen mind and passion for challenge.
She is survived by her son, Victor Williams; her daughter, Robert Williams; her sister, Roberta Antone; and one grandchild. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings: Gary, Virginia, Corrina, Ronald, Janice, and one grandson.
Charlotte will be remembered for her strong spirit and the love she shared with her family.
