Frances Carol (Golden Hawk) Neeley, 74, of Casa Grande died on Sept. 2, 2014, at home.A private service is planned.Ms. Neeley was born on June 5, 1940, in Findlay, Ohio, and was a daughter of Mitchell Neeley and Betty Jane Archer. She was a caregiver for Hospice Compassus and a member of Calvary Chapel. A member of the Southwest Cherokee tribe, she enjoyed making traditional tribal jewelry and doing beadwork. She traveled nationally to attend powwows and display her work.Survivors include a daughter, Fawn Butte of Phoenix; three sons, Clay Washburn of Forest, Ohio, Shane Washburn of Deshler, Ohio, and Lance Butte of Arlington, Ohio; a sister, Rose Benroth of Casa Grande; and 13 grandchildren.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.J.
