George Vega, 80, of Casa Grande died Dec. 24, 2008 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center. The service will be held later.Mr. Vega was born in San Luis Obispo, Calif. He served in the Air Force and worked as a chef.Survivors include his wife, Barbara; six sons, Edward Vega, Matthew and Jeffrey Hickman, all of Casa Grande, Dan, Kevin and Doug Hickman, all of Fairbanks, Alaska; a sister, Delores Malec of California; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.J.
