Kenneth Lee Messick, a beloved resident of Maricopa, Arizona, passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on April 9, 1936, in McPherson, KS, Kenneth was known for his hard-working nature, love for his family and life, and enjoyed fishing and golfing.
Kenneth was a high school football star and later served in the Navy. While stationed in San Diego, CA he met the love of his life, Alejandrina (Nena) Heredia (Messick). Kenneth and Nena would have been married for 68 years, but sadly, Nena passed away in 2021.
Throughout his life, he exemplified loyalty, resilience, and a kind-heart. Kenneth always put his family first leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him, especially his four children, five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Kenneth Lee Messick will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His family will miss him dearly, but are comforted that he has reunited with the love of his life, Nena.
