JACKRABBIT VILLAGE — Nellie Lopez, 78, died on Nov. 13, 2011.Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 4 p.m. today at St. Anthony Catholic Mission in Jackrabbit Village by the Rev. Ignatius DeGroot. A wake will follow. Burial will be in Jackrabbit Cemetery.Ms. Lopez was born on Dec. 19, 1932, in Jackrabbit Village and was a daughter of Juan Lopez and Marcella Antone. She was a homemaker and a traditional basket weaver. She loved to listen to waila music.Survivors include nieces, godchildren, great-nephews and great-nieces, including Karen Romero of Casa Grande.J.
