Robert Douglas Faulkner, 45, died on Nov. 18, 2010. Mr. Faulkner was born in Phoenix on May 8, 1965. He is survived by a daughter, Cathy Lee; his mother, Joan; three sisters, Casey, Jody and his twin Molly; and his longtime companion, Kathie. A gathering of friends and family will be held today from 4 to 7 p.m. at Adair Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. in Tucson.
