Thomas "Randy" Stephens, 61, of Casa Grande died on Aug. 20, 2014, at Southern Arizona VA Medical Center in Tucson.The celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, with Pastor Thomas Stephens Jr. officiating. Interment will be Saturday in Mountain View Cemetery.Mr. Stephens was born on Sept. 26, 1952, in Waco, Texas. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War who received the Purple Heart Medal. He later was a minister who evangelized across the United States and at his home church, New Life Fellowship in Casa Grande, where he was lead pastor. He enjoyed fishing and four-wheeling in the desert with his Jeep, but his family was his pride and joy.Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Brenda; four daughters, Tina Young, Lisa Rossman and Chas Stephens, all of Casa Grande, and Courtney Stephens of Eugene, Oregon; two sons, Thomas R. Stephens Jr. of Casa Grande and Wesley Stephens of Eugene; two sisters, Mary and Cathy Stephens of Arizona City; a brother, Daniel Stephens of Temple, Texas; 19 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
