Charles was born in Vallejo, CA to Katie and Donald Landis. He was married to Ms. Dory Jeanne Clemens on September 26th 1999 in Las Vegas, NV.
Charles graduated from Vallejo, CA then, following in his father's footsteps, joined the Navy to become a "Seabee". Later he then transferred to the Coastguard where he was Chief and was honorably discharged.
A memorial will be held at 3:00 pm on July 18th at Sticklin Funeral Chapel, 1437 South Gold Street, Centralia, WA 98531 and will be officiated by Gregory Foss.
His ashes will then be transported down to Bodega Bay in CA to be spread at sea by his close friends, Tony Cincera and Bruce Calkins.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated going to the Wounded Warriors Foundation.
