

Lula Belle “Trudy” Morgan, 75, of Cinebar, Wash., passed away at home April 2, 2016. She was born Dec. 14, 1940 to Arthur and Josie Smith in Casa Grande, Ariz., where she lived for most of the first 35 years of her life. Later, Trudy moved to Washington for her remaining years.
She had numerous hobbies such as camping, sewing and quilt making, cooking and traveling to Arizona for the winters. Trudy always loved helping out at the local community center. No one was a stranger to her and you never left her house with an empty stomach. Trudy’s biggest love was for her family.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Edward Morgan; three children, daughter, Kathy (Polo) Garza of Casa Grande, Ariz.; sons, Edward (Debbie Porter) Morgan Jr. of Enumclaw, Wash. and Dale (Teresa) Morgan of Rochester, Wash.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Josie Mae Allen and Lilas Prescott; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, April 7, 2016, at Sticklin Funeral Chapel in Centralia, Wash. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 a.m. at Sticklin Funeral Chapel. A reception will then be held at the family home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Sticklin Funeral Chapel.
