Chuck leaves behind his wife of 44 years, Sharon Baisley; his daughter Maureen and husband Jesse Merritt; his grandson, Finley Merritt; sister in law Shirley Thompson and husband James PhD; mother in law, Martha Donegan and numerous close friends.
Chuck is preceded in death by his mother and father; Juanita and Charles Baisley III.
Chuck was an avid golfer, Eagle Scout, and family comedian. Chuck could make anyone smile on their worst day. He found great joy in making everyone he met laugh at his "dad jokes". Chuck created a successful career as National Sales Manager for Schneider Electric.
