Christi is survived by her husband of 37 years Eric McComb, mother Dianne Belk, and four children, Hannah McGee (Ryan), Heather Snyder (Matthew), Chase McComb (Ashley), Carey McComb (Sarah), and seven grandchildren; sisters Janna, Dana, Jennifer, Julie, and Lauren; brothers Ron and Alan as well as many nieces and nephews.
Christi was a devout Christian. She was a dedicated and beloved wife, momma, Mimi, daughter, sister, and friend. Christi loved spending time with her family, baking, cooking, hiking, painting, and sitting on the beach. Most of all, she was a servant of the Lord, always putting others before herself. Eric and Christi attend New Hope Baptist of Marshville, NC. We have been overwhelmed by the love and support from our church, family, and friends.
Throughout Christi’s journey, we witnessed many miracles along the way. The final one came when God called her to her heavenly home where through faith and salvation, we are promised that we will be joined together again.
A visitation for Christi will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at New Hope Baptist Church, 5928 New Salem Road, Marshville, NC 28103. Following the visitation will be a graveside services at 2:30 PM at McComb Family Farm, 2708 Mills Harris Road, Marshville, NC 28103.
The family requests donations be considered in lieu of flowers to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina or Samaritan's Purse.
