Grace Domino Scrivanich

Grace (nee Domino) Scrivanich of Matthews NC passed away on July 10, 2012. The daughter of the late Nicholas and Josephine (nee Barteluce) Domino she was born in Passaic, NJ on May 18, 1939. She was raised in Lyndhurst and lived in Fair Lawn for 41 years before moving to North Carolina in 2004. Her favorite pastime was gardening and was an active member of gardening groups in New Jersey and North Carolina. She was previously employed as an executive secretary in a New York City advertising firm and in the accounting department of Suburban Associates in Ridgewood, NJ.

Grace is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Louis (Luke) Scrivanich and four children Luke (wife Becky) of Santa Rosa, CA, Mark (wife Lora) of Hillsborough, NJ, Paul of Elmwood Park, NJ and daughter Amy Shamansky (husband Paul) of Midland, NC. She was a loving, nurturing, and supportive Mother who always encouraged her children in their efforts and fulfillment.

Cherished grandmother of Luke Jr., Lena, Ashley, Marigrace, Courtney, Nicholas and Eric. Grace ensured time spent with each grandchild was a special memory. Dear sister of Theresa Domino of Manasquan . NJ.

A memorial mass will be offered in Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst, NJ at 11am on Friday, July 20, 2012.

Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
