Dan was a great man. He loved his family so much. The one thing I remember the most about Dan is his laughter. He is truly missed and I can not wait until the day comes when we shall meet again.

Sometimes you really don't know how special someone is to you till they are no longer with you. Dan was a dear friend to me. Now that he is gone to be with the Lord, I see that he was more special to me than I  ever could have imagined. His friendship was TRUE and HONEST , and PURE. I miss the talks, the advice, and the laughter that we shared. I miss him so much. If you ever had the privilege to meet him, consider yourself blessed. He had the gift to change your life in an instant, with just a simple smile.
I miss my friend dearly. But I know I will see him again someday.

I can't believe that it's been a year since Dan passed away...He was such a special person and the best brother-in-law anyone could ask for. I miss him so much. He was truly loved by many people.

Happy Birthday in Heaven, Dan. You were one of the funniest men that I have ever known. I loved your sense of humor! See you in Heaven one day!

Hello my friend.  I know you are looking down on us just to see who is being good.  Just want you to know that I miss you dearly down here but one great day we will meet again.

In 2 days, it will be 1 year that you went home to be with The Lord. A light in me went out that day. No one will ever be able to light it. That was a special place for my special Daddy. I miss you every day and I thank God that He let me have you for my Daddy for all those years. You were my Father, Daddy, best friend, buddy, comedian, example, and inspiration to me. I simply adore you and my life will never be the same. I WILL see you again one sweet day. You are the most beautiful person I know. I miss and love you very much! Thank you for everything!

My "Friend", My "Pal". 
Seems like yesterday that we were sittig in the backyard talking about the Lord. I sure do miss those days. But I am glad to know that the next time I see you, we will both be in His presence. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you. I find it kind of odd that I don't really feel sad. I feel peace, knowing that you are HOME IN HEAVEN. Your journey here was over and your LIFE has just begun. I love you FRIEND. I'll see you later.

It's been 7 weeks since I've been able to touch you. My heart aches for you. I miss everything about you. You are beautiful inside and out. You are the BEST Daddy and friend a girl could ask for. I talk to you everyday and know you are here with me. I find my comfort in knowing you are with Jesus now and no more pain or tears. I WILL see you again Daddy. I LOVE and MISS YOU!!

I was with McDonald's for 37 years and I remeber about 10 of those associated with 'J D ", as I knew him. He was a very positive individual and always had a smile to share with customers, employees and co-workers.
Please share this with "Jamie", that's how I knew him. I guess he is now, Danny.  I remember so well "Jamie's" Plymouth, Baracuda. He was so proud of his first new car and always kept it spotless ! A great kid and now I'm sure a great adult and Father !
