Jeanette was born on Feb 29, 1936 in Union County to the late Baxter and Medna Craig. In her later years, she attended Harmony Baptist Church in Harrisburg.
She was predeceased by her son, Richard Martin and sister, Sarah Sweatman.
Survived by her daughter, Terri and husband, Billy Blackwelder, grandchildren; Rick Martin, Steven Blackwelder and wife, Christy, Michael Martin, Tracy and JR Tippen, great grandchildren; Braden, Marlee, Tyler, Bristol, Dallas, Carter and Kinsley and fur baby, Gunner.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Charlotte, NC 28227. Funeral services will follow at 2:30PM. Jeanette will be laid to rest at Lakeland Memorial Park, 1901 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.
