Juanita Y. Taylor, age 74, of Mint Hill, North Carolina passed away on April 21, 2014. Juanita was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on March 11, 1940. Juanita was preceded in death by her loving husband of 36 years, Lloyd R Taylor, also brother, Louie Young and sister, Coleen Preslar.
Surviving siblings include Ron Young, Kat Bowden, Dot Hullett, and Darnell Robertson. Juanita is survived by her three children, Lyn Kelly, Lloyd E. Taylor and Crystal Oakes; and grandchildren, Austin Kelly and Jared Taylor.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at McEwen Funeral Service –Mint Hill Chapel, Thursday, April 24, at 12:00 pm, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Charlotte Memorial Gardens.
