

She was born January 23, 1940 to the late Doc and Fannie Lane Millsaps in Robbinsville, NC, Graham County.
Mrs. Driggers was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Bennettsville, SC.
Formerly a resident of Bennettsville, she recently relocated back to Charlotte, NC to be closer to her family.
Mrs. Driggers was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother for most of her adult life. She also worked for many years as a Loss Prevention Manager in retail.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Lee Driggers, her sister, Ruth Rushing, and brothers, Juel and Wayne Millsaps.
She is survived by her four daughters, Deborah Meuser (Peter) of Charlotte, NC; Sherrie Wagenhofer (Mark) of Charlotte, NC; Lisa McMillion (Michael) of Mt. Pleasant, NC; Lora Gibson (Michael) of Wingate, NC; her sisters, Ruby Jean Caudle of Lexington, NC; Connie Grimes of Cary, NC; Janice Crisp and Linda Orr, both of Robbinsville, NC; thirteen grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Meaghan, Kaitlyn, Michaelyn, Kasey, Christopher, Maranda, Ella, LeNorra, Jacob, Jonathon, and Victoria; and eight great-grandchildren, Addison, Violet, Quinn, Charleigh Anne, Everett, Waylon, Kenzleigh and Benjamin.
To honor her wishes, a graveside service will be held at Sunset Memory Gardens in Mint Hill, NC on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 2pm.
Flowers can be sent to McEwen Funeral Home in Mint Hill, NC or a donation may be made in her honor to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #9.
