Patricia McManus Mullis

Born on June 6, 1947, in Rock Hill, SC, Patricia was the daughter of Julius and Alma McManus. A graduate of East Mecklenburg High School, she dedicated her life to her family, always offering a listening ear, a comforting embrace, and a deep well of love and support. Patricia was known for her warm heart, her infectious sense of humor, and her unwavering strength, which she carried throughout her life.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Alma McManus, and her beloved husband, Larry. She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Caul, and her siblings, Loretta Benton and Michael McManus.

A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on November 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at McEwen Funeral Home in Mint Hill, NC. Patricia will be laid to rest following the service at Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road Mint Hill, NC 28227. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in her honor.

Patricia will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her in return.
