Peggy C. Miller

Affectionately called “MeMe,” Peggy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church where she loved her Sunday school class.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne F. Miller, Sr. She is survived by her son, Wayne Miller, Jr. and wife Nancy of Monroe and her daughter Karen Jester and husband Sam of Lincolnton. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Bethany Mitchell and husband Thomas of Lincolnton; Field Miller and wife Catherine of Indian Trail; and Chase Miller of Monroe. She also had two great granddaughters, Aubrey Mitchell and Anya Mitchell of Lincolnton.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the caring and loving staff at the Brian Center in Lincolnton who cared for of all her needs over the past four months.

A visitation with the family will be held from 6:30pm-8:00pm, March 3, 2017 at McEwen Funeral Service Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews Mint-Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227. A graveside service will be at 11:00am, Saturday, March 4, 2017 in Sunset Memory Gardens in Mint Hill.
