Shannon was born on February 13, 1959, to the late Ed and Christine Morrison. She grew up in Midland, North Carolina and graduated from Central Cabarrus High School. She married the love of her life, Steve, in 1982 and they shared 42 years together.
Shannon loved any opportunity to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, music and watching old movies and sports with her husband, Steve. Shannon was an incredibly kind and unforgettable soul. She was a friend to everyone she met and was a joy to be around. She will be remembered for her love and dedication to her family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her.
Shannon is survived by her husband, Steve Bell; sisters, Wanda (David) Hill, Denise (Terry) Beachum, Lorra (Mike) Morrison, and Kristi (Matt) Gimber; her nieces and nephews; and best friends, Ed and Lynn Siemion.
A private celebration of life party will be held in lieu of formal services.
