A proud graduate of Independence High School, Tammy built her life around faith, family, and community. She was a devoted member of Garr Memorial Church, where her gentle spirit and willingness to help others touched many lives.
Tammy was often described as sweet, loving, and caring, qualities that shone through in every relationship she nurtured. She had a deep love for music, especially the band Duran Duran, whose songs brought her joy throughout her life.
Those who knew Tammy will remember her most for her kindness, her loving heart, and the way she made others feel seen, valued, and cared for. Her legacy lives on in the countless moments of warmth she shared and the lives she brightened simply by being herself.
Tammy’s presence will be deeply missed, but her love will continue to echo in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
She is survived by her siblings, Karen Brown, Connie Miles, Donald Evans, Ronnie Evans (Amy), and Debbie Evans. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Eugene Evans and Betty Sue Howard Evans.
