Virginia "Jenny" Holden McGraw

She was born to the late James Fred Holden and Cora Lee Holden in Inman, South Carolina on July 28, 1925.

Jenny worked as a nurse in Charlotte for the Kossove Medical Clinic for 25 plus years prior to retiring to Myrtle Beach.

She was preceded in death by her husband Henry C. McGraw; two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her son, James Jones (Ann); daughter, Phyllis McKinney; grandsons, Corey Jones, Mark McKinney (Maria) and Ken McKinney (Tracy); granddaughter, Ashley Jones; great grandchildren, Alex Todd, Hadley Davis, Lacie, Brooke, Rena, and Waylon McKinney and Ariana St. Germain; sisters, Myrt Thornburg, Rachel Albertson, Kate Fincher, Pat Craig and brother, Larry Holden.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227 with a visitation held one hour prior to the service.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Hillcrest Cemetery, 1000 SC-544, Conway, SC 29526 with Reverend Kirk Lawton officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to Novant Health Hospice and Palliative Care, 200 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC 28204.
